This policy complements the unified return/exchange/cancellation and warranty policy published in the store, and applies only to purchases eligible for the National Day offer. In case of any discrepancy between this policy and the unified policy, the provisions of this policy shall apply to orders covered by the offer. For any matters not addressed herein, the unified policy shall apply.

Important note:

The free installation service and green coupon are available within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia only , and the offer does not include any order that is shipped or executed outside the Kingdom.

Therefore, orders outside of Saudi Arabia are not eligible to benefit from the free installation service or the green coupon .

2) Advantages of the green coupon

The green coupon offers two benefits, both of which can be redeemed using the same coupon code:

2.1 — What is not covered by the coupon

• The coupon does not include a cash equivalent for either of its benefits.
• It does not include additional services outside of the installation of the qualifying package (item 3.5).
• It cannot be combined with any other discount code or offer on the same order.

3) Free installation

3.1 — Steps to obtain installation

1. Purchase the eligible package during the offer period.
2. Receive the coupon code on the customer's account with the order.
3. Visit an authorized point of sale within 7 days of receipt.
4. Highlight and verify the code before performing the service.
5. Installation carried out according to Best Shield's approved standards.

The code remains valid for the discount on the next order after it has been used in the installation, as using it for one of the two features does not invalidate the other.

3.2 — If a suitable point of sale is not available

If there is no approved point of sale in the customer's city, or if the service cannot be provided at the specified point for an operational reason, the store will implement one of the following solutions:

• Directing the customer to the nearest available authorized point of sale.
• Identify an approved alternative point.
• Arrange an alternative appointment.
• Or agree with the client on an alternative installation mechanism.

This does not entail a monetary claim for the free installation benefit.

3.3 — Customer responsibility prior to installation

The customer must inform the point of sale in advance of any information that may affect the installation:

• Vehicle type and model.
• The presence of a sealant or a pre-existing layer on the glass.
• There are modifications to the glass.
• Any break, scratch, or previous damage to the glass.
• Any specific vehicle configuration affects the installation.

The installation is carried out after inspecting the vehicle and confirming that the service can be performed.

3.4 — Post-installation instructions

• The insulation is installed from the inside using a hot air gun, taking care to preserve the product logo and not cutting it or installing it upside down.
• The stickers included with the product are applied to the glass after installation.
• Windows must not be opened for 48 hours after installation.
• Failure to follow installation instructions forfeits compensation for faulty installation.

3.5 — What is not included in the free installation

• Remove insulation or previous layers if additional work is needed.
• Repair any existing damage or breakage before installation.
• Repairing the glass or any part of the vehicle.
• Installation of sunroof glass or any parts outside the eligible package.
• Any additional work requested by the client outside the scope of the basic installation.

Any additional costs will be communicated to the client and their approval will be obtained before implementation.

3.6 — Traffic violations

• The permissible degree of tinting for the windshield is transparent (70%).
• The store and points of sale are not responsible for any traffic violation resulting from the customer's choice of an irregular degree of tinting.

4) 150 Riyal discount on the next order

4.1 — Usage Restrictions

• The code is linked to the customer account to which it was issued, and it cannot be transferred to another account, sold, or traded.
• The code cannot be redeemed for cash, converted to credit, or withdrawn to a bank account.
• If the discount equals or exceeds the value of the order, it is deducted only up to the value of the products, and the difference is not refunded or carried over to another order.
• The discount on shipping costs is not calculated unless stated on the offer page.

4.2 — Effect of order cancellation or refund

• Cancellation or refund of eligible order: The coupon and its code are cancelled with all their benefits.
• Returning the next order on which the discount was used: Only the amount actually paid will be refunded, and the code will not be reissued.
• Partial refund of an unacceptable offer — the offer is returned in full as per the Uniform Policy (Clause 2.7).

5) Returns, exchanges, and cancellations

The store's standard policy applies to orders covered by the offer, subject to the following:

1. The coupon and its code are linked to the eligible order with which they were issued, and are inseparable from it.
2. The code is used once for installation and once for the discount, and cannot be used after that.
3. The coupon and its code cannot be exchanged for cash.
4. The code may not be sold, traded, or transferred to another customer.
5. The coupon benefits cannot be combined with any other discount code or offer on the same order.
6. You must keep the code or order number to use either of the two features.
7. The store verifies the code before offering any feature.
8. In the event of proven illegal use, manipulation, or forgery, the coupon and its code will be cancelled, and legal action will be taken.
9. The coupon is valid only within the quantity allocated for the campaign, which is 4,996 coupons.
10. These terms do not affect any mandatory rights granted to the consumer under the applicable laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

• A paper coupon is not required when electronic verification is possible.

9) General Provisions

• Purchasing the eligible package constitutes acceptance of this policy, without prejudice to the consumer's statutory rights.
• The store may update the offer implementation mechanism in the future without prejudice to the acquired rights of a customer who obtained the coupon before the update.
• If any clause herein conflicts with a mandatory right established for the consumer under the regulations in force in the Kingdom, the statutory right shall prevail.
• This policy is part of the product and offer terms and conditions, and complements the store's unified policy.
