Return and exchange policy


Don't worry, with Best Shield your rights are protected.

The vehicle details and invoice must be filled out in the warranty activation form during installation for the warranty to become effective (installation is required within 14 days of product arrival).


• We guarantee that in the event of a shipping error on our part or any manufacturing defects, we will bear all costs and resolve your problem as quickly as possible, provided that you notify us within 72 hours of the date of receipt and before installation, and send us pictures of the problem and the carton of the shipment.

• If the customer wishes to return or exchange a product, the customer must contact us within 72 hours of receiving the product, provided that the product has not been installed, and send photos of the shipment carton. The customer will bear the cost of returning and sending the new products according to the shipping company chosen by the customer.

• The compensation policy will be applied in the event of a problem and the error was on the part of the store, and the compensation will be only once.

• There is no warranty on products gifted to the customer



Insulating Warranty Policy:

• If the customer wishes to get a refund due to the ineffectiveness of the insulation or a change in the tint color, the customer must prove this by contacting customer service and going to one of the specialized tinting centers and testing the tint with special devices to calculate the degree of insulation and send the results.

• Best Shield provides the appropriate sizes for the fitting, but in case of shortage, we undertake to compensate for the missing part or send an additional part to cover the sizes; provided that this shortage is not due to an error by the fitting.

• At Best Shield, we guarantee the safety and quality of the product. In the event of any problem occurring during the installation of the product, Best Shield is not responsible for this error and bears the responsibility for the error of the center that installed it.



PPF Guarantee Policy:


At Best Shield, we are committed to providing the highest standards of quality and transparency to our customers, and below we explain the warranty policy for the Paint Protection Product (PPF) :

Warranty period: 5 years


First: Conditions for benefiting from the guarantee

•The car's paint must be original from the factory.

•In the case of repainting, it is required that it be of high quality and after at least (30) days have passed for drying, with inspection and approval by the technician before installation.

•The film must be installed within a maximum of 14 days from the date of receiving the product.

•Installation should only be done on a clean surface that is free from dust, dirt, oils, or any defects such as rust or cracks.

•To benefit from the warranty, installation must be carried out exclusively by qualified technicians or authorized centers.



Second: What is covered by the warranty

• Abnormal color change or yellowing of the film.

• The layer peels off or separates from the car's surface due to a product defect.

• Appearance of bubbles or deformities resulting from a defect in the raw material.


Third: What is not covered by the warranty


The warranty does not cover the following cases:

• Damage resulting from accidents or misuse.

•Deep scratches or cuts caused by sharp tools or strong impacts.

• Damage caused by the use of harsh chemical cleaning materials or unsuitable washing methods.

• Any problem caused by non-original paint or previous unapproved repairs.

•Installation in unauthorized locations or by unauthorized persons.

•Natural changes resulting from harsh environmental conditions (strong sun, high humidity, heavy dust).


Fourth: Installation Responsibility

•The warranty covers product defects only (such as yellowing, peeling, or blistering resulting from a defect in the raw material).

•The quality of the installation varies depending on the implementing center, and it is entirely their responsibility.

•To ensure the best experience, we always recommend installation by technicians or centers authorized by Best Shield.


•Very small bubbles or water marks may appear after installation, and they will disappear within 7-10 days. This is not considered a defect in the product.


Fifth: Recommended care

• Wash the car regularly using safe materials or steam.

• Avoid harsh chemicals or sharp and rough tools.

•In case of minor surface scratches, they can be treated by a specialist technician.



Sixth: Procedures for benefiting from the guarantee

•Keep the original invoice or warranty certificate.

•Review the case at one of the approved centers.

•The company has the right to refuse the warranty claim if the situation does not comply with the above conditions.


Shield Policy:

The shield product is a consumer product with a shelf life of 2-6 months.


Carbon Fiber Warranty Policy:

  • High quality, longer lifespan, and lower heat
  • It maintains the integrity of the hub and is compatible with the original hubs.
  • It does not make annoying noises or whistling sounds.
  • Responsive braking and quick stopping speed
  • It boasts superior performance during sudden stops and descents from obstacles and rough roads.
  • Guaranteed for 3 months against saffron and black powder, subject to the warranty terms mentioned.



Warranty terms:


  • Check the condition of the hub; if machining is required, it must be machined or replaced.
  • Any problems with the braking system are not covered under warranty.
  • If only one party is faulty, the warranty is not covered.
