At Best Shield, we are committed to providing high-quality products and complete transparency in our warranty terms, to ensure a fair and clear customer experience.
First: Activating the warranty (a general condition for all products)
For the guarantee to be valid, the following conditions must be met:
- Fill in the vehicle details + invoice number in the warranty activation form upon installation.
- The product must be installed within a maximum period of 14 days from the date of receiving the product.
- In documented exceptional cases (such as shipping delays or force majeure), the situation is assessed through customer service.
1) Guarantee of insulation (shading/insulation)
What the warranty covers
- Ineffective insulation or abnormal color change of the tint (according to the warranty period specified for the product as per the product page/invoice).
Proof of status requirements (mandatory)
- Contact customer service and request to open a warranty claim .
Measurements and shortages
- Best Shield offers the appropriate sizes for installation, and in case of an actual shortage not due to an installation error :
- We promise to replace the missing part or send an additional part to cover the measurements.
- If the defect is due to cutting/installation error/unqualified technician: it is not covered by the warranty .
Installation responsibility
- Best Shield only guarantees product defects .
- Installation errors are the responsibility of the installation center .
2) PPF coating protection guarantee (warranty period: 5 years)
First: Conditions for benefiting from the guarantee
- The car's paint must be original from the factory .
- In case of repainting: High quality is required, and at least 30 days must pass for drying, with inspection and approval before installation.
- The film must be installed within 14 days of the date of receipt.
- Installation is done on a clean surface that is free from dust, oils, or any defects (such as rust or cracks).
- To benefit from the warranty, installation must be carried out by qualified technicians or authorized centers .
Second: What is covered by the warranty (product/raw material defects)
- Abnormal color change or yellowing.
- The layer peels off or separates as a result of a defect in the product.
- The appearance of bubbles or distortions resulting from a defect in the raw material.
Third: What is not covered by the warranty
- Damage resulting from accidents or misuse.
- Deep scratches or cuts caused by sharp tools or strong impacts.
- Damage caused by harsh chemical cleaning materials or unsuitable washing methods.
- Any problem due to non-original paint or previous unapproved repairs.
- Installation by unauthorized parties.
- Natural changes resulting from harsh environmental conditions (assessed on a case-by-case basis).
Fourth: Installation Responsibility
- The warranty only covers product defects .
- The quality of the installation is the sole responsibility of the implementing center.
- Very small bubbles or water stains may appear after installation and disappear within 7–10 days ; this is not a defect.
Fifth: Recommended care
- Wash the car with safe materials or steam.
- Avoid harsh chemicals and sharp tools.
- Minor surface scratches should be treated by a qualified technician.
Sixth: Procedures for benefiting from the guarantee
- Keep the invoice/warranty certificate.
- The case was examined at an accredited center.
- The company has the right to reject the claim if the conditions are not met.
3) The “Shield” policy (consumer product)
- The shield product is consumable and its lifespan ranges from 2–6 months depending on usage and conditions.
- The warranty covers manufacturing defects upon receipt only , provided that they are reported within 72 hours along with photos of the product, carton, and shipping label.
4) Carbon fiber warranty (warranty period: 3 months)
Guaranteed for 3 months against:
- continuous whistling
- black powder
- Subject to the warranty terms below.
What is covered by the warranty?
- Continuous whistling or black powder within a period of 3 months, if the cause is proven to be from the product and not from the brake system or the hub.
Warranty conditions (mandatory)
- Important note: The brake rotors must be checked for safety. If necessary, the rotors must be machined or replaced before installing the brake pads , otherwise the warranty cannot be relied upon.
- Any problems with the brake system (caliper/oil/hob/socket…etc.) are not covered by the warranty .
- If only one side (right/left) is damaged due to a mechanical or installation problem: it is not covered by the warranty .
- Do not double the metal sheets .
Required evidence when submitting a warranty claim
- The bill
- A specialized technical report or photos of the hoop
- Video showing the sound + description of the situation
How to open a warranty claim
To open a warranty claim, send a message via WhatsApp/Support:
- Order number + Customer name + Product type
- Photos/video of the problem
- Any inspection reports required by product (such as insulation test or technical report for carbon brushes)

5) Insulation Guarantee: How do I prove “insulation ineffectiveness” or discoloration?

6) Who bears the cost of the insulation test?
The customer usually bears the cost when conducting the test.
If testing proves that the product is defective under the warranty conditions, the case will be handled in a way that preserves the customer's rights according to the approved procedure (replacement/approved solution).
7) If there is a deficiency in the insulation dimensions, is it covered by the warranty?
Yes—if the shortage is actual and not due to cutting/installation error:
- We promise to replace the missing part or send an additional part.
- However, if it is due to incorrect cutting or installation: it is not covered by the warranty .
8) PPF Guarantee: How long is the guarantee?
Paint Protection Guarantee (PPF) Duration: 5 years subject to conditions.
9) What does the PPF guarantee cover?
It covers defects in the raw material such as:
- abnormal yellowing/color change
- Peeling/separation due to a product defect
- Bubbles/deformities due to a defect in the raw material
10) What is not covered by the PPF guarantee?
It does not cover:
- Accidents or misuse
- Deep scratches or cuts due to sharp tools/strong impacts
- Damage caused by harsh chemicals or improper washing
- Non-original paint/unapproved repairs
- Unauthorized installation
- Severe environmental consequences if proven to be the direct cause of the damage
11) Are minor bubbles after applying PPF considered a defect?
Very small bubbles or water stains may appear after installation and disappear within 7–10 days —this is not a defect.
12) Does installing PPF outside of a specialized/authorized center void the warranty?
Yes, because the warranty is conditional on the installation being carried out by specialized technicians or certified centers to ensure the quality of the application.
13) “The Shield”: Does it have a warranty?

15) Very important note: Is “turning the rotors” a condition for the warranty on brake pads?
Yes. The brake discs must be checked for safety .
If necessary, the rotors must be machined or replaced before installing the brushes — otherwise the warranty cannot be relied upon.
16) When does the carbon brush warranty not apply?
The warranty does not cover the following cases:
- Problems with the brake system (caliper/oil/hopper/socket…etc.)
- If only one side is damaged due to a mechanical or installation problem
- If the metal sheets are doubled
17) What evidence is required to claim a warranty for the coals?
