Guaranteed for 3 months against:
- continuous whistling
- black powder
- Subject to the warranty terms below.
What is covered by the warranty?
- Continuous whistling or black powder within a period of 3 months, if the cause is proven to be from the product and not from the brake system or the hub.
Warranty conditions (mandatory)
- Important note: The brake rotors must be checked for safety. If necessary, the rotors must be machined or replaced before installing the brake pads, otherwise the warranty cannot be relied upon.
- Any problems with the brake system (caliper/oil/hop/socket…etc.) are not covered by the warranty.
- If only one side (right/left) is damaged due to a mechanical or installation problem: it is not covered by the warranty.
- Do not double the metal sheets.
Required evidence when submitting a warranty claim
- The bill
- A specialized technical report or photos of the hoop
- Video showing the sound + description of the situation
How to open a warranty claim
To open a warranty claim, send a message via WhatsApp/Support:
- Order number + Customer name + Product type
- Photos/video of the problem
- Any inspection reports required by product (such as insulation test or technical report for carbon brushes)
