First: Conditions for the validity of the guarantee
📅 Installation within 14 days of the date of receipt.
🔧 Installation is done internally (not externally) at one of Best Shield branches or authorized installation centers.

Second: What is covered by the warranty
• Poor quality thermal insulation
• Change in color or yellowing
• Any manufacturing defects or errors
* When adding Best Shield Care — it covers all cases of insulation damage regardless of the cause
Third: What is not covered by the warranty
• Installation or reinstallation costs — compensation is limited to the product only
• Failure to meet any of the warranty conditions mentioned in Section 1
Fourth: Steps to claim compensation
1. Fill out the claim form — Contact us Customer Service Fill out the form, explaining the problem in detail.
2. Review and Response — Our team will review the request and respond to you within a maximum of 48 hours.
3. Direct Redirection or Compensation — Upon approval, the customer is directed to an authorized center to complete the procedure, or is compensated directly through the store if there is no need to inspect the product.
